We are looking for driven and customer focused Workday Finance Consultant who is passionate about both numbers and systems. If you're eager to combine analytical thinking with system expertise, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Be involved in the full implementation lifecycle - from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, deployment, training, and documentation
• Advising on best practices and solution approaches for clients
• Understanding client requirements and translating them into effective business solutions
• Proactively proposing new ideas and enhancements for our customers
• Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals
• Supporting presales and bid creation activities
• Sharing knowledge and coaching other consultants in your area of expertise

We expect you to have:

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Understanding of IT and Finance processes
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, consulting, or systems implementation
• Hands-on experience with Workday Finance or other finance systems
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with a customer‑focused, quality‑driven mindset
• Proactive, forward‑thinking approach, able to suggest improvements and bring new ideas
• Fluent in English (working with foreign customers and colleagues)

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
