Requirements:
√ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
√ Professional certification in Solar PV Design or Renewable Energy is an added advantage
√ 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV system design or renewable energy engineering
√ Experience designing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV and battery energy storage systems
√ Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, or similar design software
√ Strong understanding of electrical system design, protection systems, and engineering standards
Responsibilities:
√ Design solar PV and battery energy storage systems for C&I projects
√ Conduct site assessments, energy audits, load analysis, and shading assessments
√ Develop system layouts, SLDs, cable schedules, and engineering drawings
√ Perform system sizing and technical calculations
√ Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and optimise system performance
√ Support sales and project teams with technical design information
