Solution Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a member of the delivery group, a part of the R&D Department, and work closely with both the R&D and customer success teams.

It is a customer-facing position that requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise. You will lead technical discussions with customers regarding architecture, deployment, and system integration. In this role, you will implement a cutting-edge product built on a Kubernetes-based microservices architecture and deployed using automation tools such as Ansible.

In addition, you will serve as the technical escalation point for infrastructure and deployment-related issues, taking ownership of complex challenges encountered during deployment or in customer production environments. The ideal candidate is expected to analyze root causes, drive troubleshooting efforts, and work closely with customers as well as internal deployment and engineering teams to design, implement, and validate scalable, long-term solutions that improve future deployments and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Customer deployments and product implementations
• Presenting and discussing technical matters and architecture design with customers on the sales and onboarding process
• The deployment process and timeline in coordination with various teams inside the company
• Installing on-premise systems at customer sites worldwide
• Take part of system’s architecture and security design
• Includes: 20% traveling

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux and Bash scripting
• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a mission-critical / production environment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex system and production issues end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing and troubleshooting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and make decisions effectively in high-pressure production environments
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proactive and ownership-driven, with a track record of taking tasks end-to-end and driving them to completion
• Fluent English – strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have skills:

• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc
• Experience with SW deployment and customer facing
• Experience with implementing VPNs and firewalls
