Job Description of Solution Engineer role in Sydney/ Melbourne:
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
- Customer Service catalog, Problem Management, Service Request, Incident Management, CMDB
- including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Workflows, Data Transformation
- Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
