We’re looking for a passionate Solution Expert Manager to join our Sales team.

You will work alongside our Sales team to build new business relationships and achieve targeted revenue objectives across EMEA and APAC.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the technical aspects of the sales process to transform each prospect into a customer.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Airis’ intelligence platform and offerings.
  • Understand the prospect’s unmet needs and address them with compelling solutions.
  • Present our cutting-edge AI based solutions to prospects and serve as an expert lead throughout the sales cycle.
  • Craft and refine sales pitches, lead demo meetings and presentations, conduct POC’s, and write technical reports and dedicated professional materials to convert prospects.
  • Create effective proposals and answers to RFPs/RFIs by understanding the prospect’s operations, needs, and system infrastructure.
  • Communicate insights to various internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience within the company, including marketing, customer success, product, and R&D.
  • Understand the industry ecosystem and competitive landscape and be able to address it with Airis value proposition and differentiators (technical and operational).

Requirements

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of operational experience as Pre-Sale / Sales Engineer / Solution Expert in B2G companies providing data analysis and intelligence solutions.
  • Able to identify and deliver solutions.
  • Proven experience in customer needs evaluation, solution demonstrations, and overviews.
  • Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
  • Experience in creating professional documents and presentations in Word and PowerPoint, as well as using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of how decisions are made.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, averaging 25% of the time per month.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, curious and open-minded.
  • Experience as an intelligence analyst in a governmental intelligence agency.
  • Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
  • Experience with selling to EU governmental customers.
