Solution Integration Engineer / Manager_Delta Solution Office(Taipei)

【Role Overview】
We are looking for a Solution Integration Engineer / Manager to define and coordinate how software applications, OT systems, and equipment data are integrated into end-to-end solutions. This role sits between Solution Architecture, software teams, domain experts, and site integration teams. You will focus on interfaces, data mapping, system connectivity, and integration validation rather than software development itself.

【Responsibilities】

• Define system interfaces, data points, integration requirements, and validation

criteria.

• Work with DCIM / EMS / BMS / SCADA and equipment teams to clarify integration

approaches.

• Review API, gateway, protocol, and data-flow requirements.
• Coordinate interface testing and integration issue resolution.
• Support SIT / UAT and root-cause analysis across application and OT layers.
• Maintain integration specifications and reusable interface templates.

【Role Requirements】
Required

• Experience in software / system integration, industrial software, IoT, EMS, DCIM,

automation, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of system interfaces and data flows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers, OT engineers, and

domain teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Preferred

• Development or integration experience with DCIM, EMS, SCADA, BMS, IoT, or

industrial software.

• Familiarity with REST API, MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet, databases, or edge

gateways.

• Experience supporting field deployment or commissioning.

• Reduce integration ambiguity across BG, IT, and site teams.
• Accelerate SIT / UAT issue resolution through stronger interface ownership.
• Build reusable templates that shorten future deployment lead time.
