About the Role :
MantriAI is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Solution Intelligence Analyst II to join their AI/ML team. We're looking for a professional who can translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions, build intelligent applications, and deliver actionable insights using data, machine learning, and emerging AI technologies.
Total Experience : 2 - 4 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate business problems into AI-driven and analytical solutions.
- Build intelligent business applications and analytical models.
- Work on predictive modelling, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and applied AI.
- Develop solutions from prototyping through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Analyse large customer, transactional, and operational datasets.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Required Skills :
- Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and applied AI.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Experience with AI application development, integrations, and deployment.
- Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio or similar AI agent development tools would be an advantage.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Someone who combines analytical thinking with hands-on AI application development and can take solutions from concept and prototyping to implementation and improvement.
