Solution Manager - High Performance Computing(HPC) & AI Infrastructure
Description
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect AI computing infrastructure and HPC solutions that meet the evolving needs of Huawei's clients
Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimise performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and HPC technologies, and incorporate them into your solution designs
Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams, ensuring the successful deployment of your solutions
Contribute to the development of intellectual property, patents, and technical publications related to your areas of expertise
Mentor and train junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive their professional growth
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Telecommunication, Information Systems Management, Electrical Engineering or other related sectors
Minimum of 5 years in designing and architecting in infrastructure; With good exposure in High-performance computing(HPC) or AI Computing Center design/consultation/deployment, etc.
Deep technical expertise in areas such as high-performance computing, distributed systems, cloud computing, and AI/ML frameworks
Familiar with computing power-related technologies (e.g., CPU/GPU/AI accelerators, high-performance computing, distributed computing)
Fluent in English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong problem-solving and project management abilities
Knowledge of the architecture and programming of Ascend AI processors and Kunpeng servers (e.g., Ascend, ARM) is a plus.
