Solution Manager (Internet Data Center)

Responsibilities:

• Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, IDC solutions to meet customer needs and provide daily IDC business support.

• Manage IDC demands, maintain IDC daily business operation, including business opportunity collecting, schedule monitoring, IDC procurement supporting, IDC solution supporting and other IDC services.

• Familiar with IDC business and technical support progress.

• Study the technical evolution of IDC, and design CMI IDC solutions, IDC business managing and technical support methods.

• Manage and provide regular progress update during the IDC business support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.

• Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage. Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.

• Work with overseas customers during non-office hour if necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• IDC technical support experiences are preferred

• Minimum 7 years of experience. Candidate with less experience may consider

• Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software

• Experiences in big data, AI computing, Internet and other related fields

• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
