Solution Owner (Securities & Collateral)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Owner to lead the functional ownership of securities financing and collateral management capabilities within a large-scale investment technology programme. This role requires strong domain expertise and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for securities financing and collateral management.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.

• Work closely with business users, architects, and delivery teams.

• Lead solution discussions and provide functional guidance throughout implementation.

• Support configuration decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Participate in solution reviews, testing, and production readiness activities.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Solution Owner, Functional Lead, or Solution Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of investment management products and workflows.

• Experience with:

  • All major financial instruments

  • Collateral Management

  • Securities Lending

  • Repo

  • SWIFT F2B processes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience delivering complex investment management solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Asset or Investment Management consulting experience.

• Experience working on enterprise transformation programmes.

• Functional leadership across global teams.

Assignment Details

• Role: Solution Owner

• Allocation: 100%

• Location: Remote (must be able to work US business hours)

• Contract Duration: Until January 2027
