Solutions Architect and Technical Lead

Salary: ₱140,000 – ₱200,000 per month

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as:

  • Power BI Data Analyst

  • Fabric Analytics Engineer

  • Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

  • Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product leadership, solution architecture, or a related role.

• Experience with Microservices Architecture, Right Integration Patterns (RIP), and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DigiVision/Abacus).

• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (3+ years)

  • Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) (3+ years)

  • Loan IQ administration and reporting (1+ year)

  • DevExpress Reporting Tools

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, RPA, Chatbots, and Blockchain.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, product management, business process re-engineering, and solution architecture.

• Experience designing scalable, secure, and business-aligned enterprise solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in multicultural environments.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
