Senior Solutions Architect providing hands-on architectural leadership for a client's major ERP transformation implementing COINS. Day to day: define the end-to-end ERP architecture, govern integrations across APIs, middleware and data flows, review vendor designs, and lead architecture governance. Based in Edinburgh with two days onsite per week.

Requirements:- Proven Solution Architecture experience on large-scale ERP programmes
- Strong enterprise architecture and application landscape experience
- Excellent understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware and data flows
- Experience governing third-party and systems integrator designs
- Architecture governance and Design Authority experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with COINS, modern data architecture, automation/AI, or the housebuilding and construction sector is advantageous
- Define and maintain the end-to-end ERP solution architecture
- Design and govern integrations between COINS and wider business systems
- Review and challenge designs produced by vendors and implementation partners
- Define integration principles covering APIs, middleware and data flows
- Lead technical design and architecture governance
- Manage architectural risks, dependencies and technical decisions

We are recruiting a Solution Architect to join our clients major ERP transformation programme, implementing COINS as its new ERP platform. In this senior technical authority role, you will provide hands-on architectural leadership and ensure the solution fits effectively within the wider technology landscape. This high-profile contract offers ownership of the architecture behind a major business transformation. The role is based in Edinburgh, with two days onsite per week, and is a six-month contract paying £500–£550 per day inside IR35.
