Solutions Architect - Data & Privacy

The Role Reporting to the Founding Partner – Secure Work and Intelligent Systems, you will be a client-facing technical leader spanning implementation and post-implementation support. This is a hands-on role — part architect, part problem solver, part trusted advisor.
You will implement and troubleshoot solutions, manage escalations and translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, all while balancing technical excellence with commercial pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales

• Lead technical discovery to understand client requirements, data landscapes, infrastructure constraints, privacy needs and adoption blockers
• Design scalable solution architectures that integrate effectively across Cloud and On-Prem environments
• Lead customer presentations, demonstrations and Proof of Concept engagements

Implementation & Technical Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of DataMasque and related data privacy solutions — from design and environment preparation through to configuration, deployment and handover
• Design data ingest and integration approaches and support Test Data Management processes including database refreshes, application-consistent snapshots and clones
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP, and where required, Docker and Kubernetes environments

Customer Support & Success

• Provide Level 1 technical support and preliminary troubleshooting, maintaining clear customer communications and managing escalations through to resolution
• Maintain accurate support records, technical documentation and knowledge content
• Build trusted client relationships and advocate for customer needs so clients achieve sustained value

Collaboration & Practice Development

• Collaborate with partners, engineers and DataMasque specialists to align commercial, technical, delivery and support outcomes
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, deployment standards and support documentation
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions

About You
You are a technically deep, client-facing architect who enjoys solving complex data problems, builds trust quickly and takes ownership of outcomes.
Essential Experience:

• 10+ years in enterprise data and database architecture and implementation
• 3+ years in enterprise infrastructure design
• 4+ years of hands-on Cloud and On-Prem architecture experience
• Strong data ingest and integration experience, including database and SQL optimisation
• Hands-on capability with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Proven Test Data Management experience
• Production experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP, plus practical exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, DataOps and security practices

Advantageous Experience

• Exposure to DB2, Sybase, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, Snowflake or similar NoSQL, document and data warehouse technologies
