Solutions Architect (FMCG/1 Year Contract/Up to $14,000)

Salary: $11,000 – $14,000 per month

Role Purpose

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and governing technology solutions that enable the Organization to scale markets, customers, channels, and business models through two strategic digital capabilities:

• Salesforce Platform – Customer, Order Management, Secondary Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience

• OneData Platform (Organization's Exploration Lake - XPL) – Organization's strategic data, analytics, and AI foundation

The role ensures that the organization develops reusable, scalable, and integrated digital capabilities that accelerate business growth while simplifying the application landscape and reducing technical complexity.

• Salesforce becomes the strategic customer and commercial platform for the Organization.

• OneData (XPL) becomes the single-source of trusted business data.

• Technology solutions are reusable across markets rather than built market-by-market.

• Business growth is enabled through digitalization, automation, data, and AI capabilities.

• Organization continues to build strategic digital capabilities aligned with EDB Market Scaler objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Salesforce Architecture & Growth Enablement

• Lead solution architecture across Salesforce capabilities including Customer Management, Order Management, Secondary Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience.

• Design scalable solutions that accelerate customer onboarding, market expansion, and channel growth.

• Ensure reuse of Salesforce capabilities across Organization's markets.

OneData (XPL) Architecture

• Define and govern Organization's OneData architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data products.

• Drive the transition from DataHub to XPL.

• Ensure trusted, business-ready data is available for reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.

Integration & Digital Platform Architecture

• Define integration architecture between Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, XPL, and Organization's applications.

• Establish API-led and event-driven integration standards.

• Ensure end-to-end data consistency and process integrity across platforms.

Architecture Governance &Simplification

• Promote standard solutions and minimize unnecessary customization.

• Govern solution designs, technology choices, security, and non-functional requirements.

• Reduce technical debt and application complexity through reusable architecture patterns.

Innovation & Data-Driven Growth

• Enable automation, analytics, AI, and self-service capabilities using Salesforce, OneData, Power Platform, and Power BI.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer experience, and business scalability.

Connected Applications: Power BI, Bizagi, Supply Plan Tool, FourKites, Microsoft Power Apps, ContentHub, TASConnect, The Good Cart, TalentLMS

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise solution delivery experience.

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture roles.

• Strong experience with Salesforce architecture and SAP enterprise integration.

• Experience with Data Lake, Azure Data Platform, Global Cloud Platform or enterprise data architecture.

• Experience integrating SAP with cloud platforms and analytics solutions.

• Experience working with business stakeholders, product teams, and system integrators.

• FMCG, Consumer Goods, Distribution, or international business experience preferred.
