Design the solutions behind a growing, evolving business.Freedom Fuels is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Technology team at our Eagle Farm Support Office on a 24-month contract, with the possibility of permanent employment.This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a business need, understand the bigger picture and turn it into a practical, scalable and secure technology solution.Working across our retail, wholesale and corporate operations, you'll have exposure to a broad technology environment including ERP, POS, EFTPOS, loyalty, digital platforms, integrations, cloud technologies and reporting systems.What you'll doTranslate business requirements into practical solution designs and technical specificationsDesign and improve solutions across enterprise applications, cloud and SaaS platformsSupport integrations using APIs, middleware and data exchange technologiesProvide technical expertise across ERP, POS, EFTPOS, loyalty, digital and reporting platformsPlay a key role in technology projects from planning and design through to testing and implementationPartner with business stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners to deliver effective solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reliability and scalabilityEnsure solutions consider security, governance, compliance and operational requirementsWhat you'll bring5+ years' experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Analysis, Applications Architecture, Integration Design or a similar roleStrong experience with enterprise applications and system integrationsExperience across cloud-based and SaaS environmentsThe ability to turn complex business requirements into clear, workable technology solutionsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsA practical, analytical approach to solving problems and improving systemsExperience delivering or supporting technology projects in complex business environmentsExperience across retail, fuel, logistics, wholesale or multi-site operations, along with Azure, ERP, POS/EFTPOS or customer-facing digital platforms, will be highly regarded.Why Freedom Fuels?Freedom Fuels is growing and evolving, and technology has an important role to play in where we're headed.
