Solutions Architect II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect II based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to provide technical consulting and strategic guidance to enterprise customers with complex digital infrastructure needs.
You will design and implement secure, scalable solutions spanning web delivery, media, security, and cloud environments.
Working closely with customers, you will translate business objectives into effective technical architectures that improve performance, reduce risk, and maximize value.
The position combines solution architecture, hands-on implementation, customer advisory, and technical problem-solving.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, from architecture and testing through deployment and go-live.
The role also provides opportunities to coach customers, automate technical processes, and leverage APIs and modern cloud technologies.
It is well suited to an experienced, customer-focused technologist who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a flexible global environment.

• Own the technical design, architecture, testing, implementation, and go-live activities for web, media, security, and related digital solutions.
• Act as a proactive technical consultant and trusted advisor, helping customers achieve business objectives while maximizing the value of technology investments.
• Analyze customer traffic, infrastructure, and application requirements to recommend and implement appropriate security, delivery, and compute solutions.
• Design solutions that improve application performance, strengthen security, reduce operational risk, and support broader business initiatives.
• Provide customer coaching, technical training, and guidance to promote effective adoption and usability of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and delivery teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout customer engagements.
• Use technical tooling, automation capabilities, and APIs to streamline implementations and improve solution delivery.
• Communicate architectural decisions, technical recommendations, and complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working with web applications, internet fundamentals, DNS, routing, and communication protocols.
• Strong understanding of common OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and their relationship to internet service compromises and attacks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript, along with web development technologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in at least one web development language, methodology, architecture, or related technology stack.
• Exposure to major cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role involving consulting, solution design, implementation, and complex problem resolution.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to develop creative solutions to challenging technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain highly technical information concisely to different audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
