Solutions Architect
Salary: ₱110,000 – ₱130,000 per month
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, solution architecture, or a related technology field.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, integration patterns, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong knowledge of application development, infrastructure, networking, security, and DevOps concepts.
Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and system integrations.
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience evaluating technology solutions and making architecture recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud or architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent.
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, containers, and Kubernetes.
Experience with security architecture and enterprise governance.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience leading technical teams or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technology solutions that align with business requirements and organizational objectives.
Develop solution architectures, technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, modernization, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers, infrastructure teams, and other technical teams.
Define technology standards, architecture patterns, integration strategies, and best practices.
Design integrations between applications, platforms, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools based on business and technical requirements.
Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential architectural challenges and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and engineering teams.
Support project planning, estimation, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production implementation.
Ensure architecture decisions comply with organizational security, governance, and technology standards.
