Description
Responsibilities-
- Reimagine the workflow, not just automate it: Map the real decision graph of a Fortune 500 process. Decide what goes autonomous, what stays human-supervised, and what dies.
- Engineer the agentic stack at scale: Distributed, decoupled multi-agent systems on event-driven, durable-execution foundations - crashproof state, deterministic replay.
- Be the technical authority in the C-suite: Translate ambiguous intent from CIOs, CTOs and Chief Risk Officers into concrete architecture. Ship something real by week 4
- Ground agents in real enterprise data: Integrate the real spine - SAP, Salesforce, Workday, data lakes, Kafka-class streams - with RBAC, secrets, and PII handling built in.
- Responsible AI and traceability: Design HITL workflows that satisfy regulators and risk committees. Build complete decision traces - full BFSI/MedTech compliance readiness.
- Evaluation and verification: Eval rubrics, A/B frameworks, LLM-as-judge pipelines, pass-k reliability targets, and observability that catches drift before production.
- Platform compounding: Every engagement strengthens the pattern library, ontology layer, RL gyms, and rubrics that the whole team inherits. You mentor engineers and set standards the next 50 hires build on - improve the Lego block once and every future client benefits.
Requirements:
- 14 years shipping production systems at enterprise scale - real systems that ran and survived.
- End-to-end ownership of backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines, design through operation.
- Data lakes and warehouses - a working command of how data flows through an enterprise.
- Enterprise cloud fluency - AWS/Azure/GCP, event-driven architecture, Kafka-class streaming, durable execution, microservices.
- Strong CS fundamentals - distributed systems, concurrency, data structures, reliability engineering.
- Real-spine integration - ERPs, CRMs, legacy systems-of-record - security and governance built in.
- Genuine hunger to move into agentic AI, with a real point of view on the paradigm.
- Exceptional communication - whiteboard an architecture, write a CIO memo, ship code by morning.
