- Conduct workshops and collaborate with Business Analysts and Dev team to translate the customer requirements into a feasible solution
- Provide technical leadership to project teams to ensure successful implementations, as well as provide technical assistance and supervision to other project team members
- Recognize business and end-user requirements and processes that can be improved through OverIT NextGen Platform technology
- Provide best practice consultancy to customers
- Define project business problems and goals clearly
- Help develop testing, training, and roll-out plans
- Act as subject-matter expert throughout the project life-cycle
- Be an ambassador for our OverIT NextGen Platform solution
- Be a mentor to the project team members
- At least 5 years’ experience in Professional Services or similar customer-facing role in a customer/vendor relationship
- Experience running complex and innovative projects within the work-asset management ecosystem ( EAMs, FSMs, ERP, CRM)
- 3+ years of Customer-facing consultation experience
- Previous experience working in a global environment
- At least one year of experience with coding
- Understanding cloud computing concepts and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with mobile application technologies and the ecosystem, such as Testflight, Intune MDM, etc.
- Experience in planning, designing, and developing integration solutions to integrate with enterprise systems by using Soap & REST web services
- Proven track record in Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or APM software
- Willingness to Travel up to 50%
- Previous experience in a product-led software company
- Experience with energy & utilities industries
- Knowledge of GIS technology
- Familiarity with Agile methodology

Salary ranges are defined for each role based on experience, competencies, responsibilities, and geographic location, with additional benefits and performance-based incentives depending on the position. The expected annual gross salary range for this position is $120,000–$185,000.
