Solutions Architect (Presales)

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect to provide technical consultation and solution design for enterprise cloud and Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Design cloud-native solutions covering data protection, recovery and business continuity.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support customers across Kubernetes and public cloud environments.
• Work with internal teams and customers throughout the presales and solution evaluation process.
• Gather customer feedback and provide technical input for solution improvements.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in presales, solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/K8s and Linux environments.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture, storage and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of backup, data protection, disaster recovery or enterprise storage.
• Strong presentation, communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm or relevant Kubernetes certifications is an advantage.
