Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions based on business and customer requirements.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and reliable solution architectures.

• Develop solution architecture, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.

• Support presales activities including requirement gathering, solution estimation, technical proposals, and Proof of Concept (PoC).

• Provide technical guidance during implementation and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Collaborate with sales team to align technical solutions with business opportunities.

• Conduct technical discussions and presentations with customers, delivering appropriate technology recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, System Architect, Presales Engineer, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system integration.

• Experience or strong knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) operations.

• Cybersecurity or Information Security certifications are an advantage (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).

• Proven experience in project management or as Project Manager (PM).

• Proficient in project documentation using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
