Solutions Architect / Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Architect / Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of production‑grade platforms. This role requires a strong mix of hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, architecture, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should be able to manage developers, make sound technical decisions, and help deliver scalable, reliable systems used in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software platforms
- Lead developers and drive technical execution across projects
- Work hands‑on in at least 2 tech stacks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
- Build backend systems, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering automation
- Support cloud infrastructure, system reliability, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technical solutions
Required Experience
- 3-5 Years Experience in the relevant Field
- Proven experience delivering production‑used platforms
- Experience managing developers or leading engineering teams
- Strong hands‑on experience in at least 2 of these: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#
- Solid DevOps experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Good understanding of system design, scalability, and software engineering best practices
Preferred
- Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, Node.js, or .NET
- Experience with APIs, async processing, integrations, and automation systems
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
