Solutions Architect
Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
- Strong manufacturing experience, ideally including 5+ years implementing or upgrading Business Central within manufacturing environments
- Good understanding of finance and wider business processes
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting other consultants
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Events & Extensions, third-party products, and integrations is advantageous
- Design and own end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Define the technical approach and produce solution and technical design documentation
- Act as the key technical point of contact for customers
- Lead and provide technical guidance to project delivery teams
- Review and sign off consultant work and overall solution quality
- Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, risk, budgets, and delivery
- Support customers throughout the full project lifecycle
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
