Requirements:- 5 years experience in software engineering, systems design or architecture
- Strong Azure and cloud-native design experience
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and distributed systems
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and modern delivery practices
- Comfortable influencing both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Nice to Have: Azure integration services, event-driven architectures, containers or IaC
- Experience contributing to architecture standards or governance
- Design practical, end-to-end solutions across cloud, applications and integrations
- Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams from concept through to release
- Evaluate new tools and approaches, running proof-of-concepts where appropriate
- Work closely with delivery and senior stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs
