Solutions Architect

Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.

What Does success mean in this role?

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
Deep knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and server management.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Proficient in disaster recovery, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure security.
Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional IT projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VCP, CCNP, or equivalent.

Daily Activities:

Design and deploy end-to-end infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers, cloud).
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data integrity across infrastructure.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.
Architect and manage hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Optimize infrastructure using virtualization and automation.
Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and cybersecurity standards.
Lead technical projects, define architecture requirements, and manage delivery timelines.
Mentor technical teams and act as a trusted advisor across departments.
Align infrastructure with enterprise architecture and long-term IT goals.
Document solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
