About this role

We are looking for a Solutions Attorney with 4+ years of legal experience (including 2+ years in-house) to be the strategic bridge between GC AI's platform and its customers. You'll blend deep legal expertise with a genuine passion for AI to drive adoption, lead demos and trials, and help in-house legal teams unlock entirely new ways of working. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at one of the fastest-growing legal AI companies in the world.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead product demos and trials alongside AEs (Go-to-Market track) or own onboarding and enablement for existing customers (Forward Deployed track)

  • Partner with in-house legal teams to understand their workflows and design AI-powered solutions tailored to their needs

  • Draft high-impact AI prompts and build a library of sample outputs to showcase GC AI's value across practice areas

  • Teach Academy courses and present at conferences, equipping lawyers to confidently adopt AI in their practice

  • Act as the Voice of the Customer — surfacing insights to Product to ensure the platform evolves around real legal workflows

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years in-house at a recognizable company or large legal department

  • Big Law or top-100 AmLaw firm training — strong legal fundamentals are non-negotiable

  • Top 50–100 law school preferred; pedigree matters given the caliber of the team and customers

  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI — actively using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in your day-to-day work (not just for vacation planning)

  • Comfortable in customer-facing, consultative environments — ideally with experience in legal consulting (e.g., PwC, Deloitte legal) or a strong track record of client communication
