Solutions Consultant - Capital Markets

You will lead complex client implementations of trade surveillance and transaction monitoring solutions. You will define architecture, authorization, integrations, and end-to-end data workflows; tune surveillance algorithms; investigate data-quality issues; and validate remediation. You will explain technical approaches to business and technical stakeholders and oversee delivery with engagement leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program discussions with clients, covering milestones, risk mitigation, scope prioritization, integration approaches, and best practices.
• Collaborate with exchanges, brokers, asset managers, and regulators to align solutions with business and compliance needs.
• Serve as the technical authority during implementation.
• Define implementation architecture, authorization, and integration patterns.
• Define end-to-end non-standard data workflows across ingestion, transformation, alerting, and monitoring.
• Tune trade surveillance algorithm parameters, analyze output, and communicate results in client-facing deliverables.
• Oversee delivery of the trade surveillance and transaction monitoring platform with project engagement leads.
• Investigate root causes of data-quality and accuracy issues across the data lifecycle.
• Recommend remediation actions and validate issue resolution with product, R&D, compliance, and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years delivering solutions in the capital markets industry at a professional services firm or technology solution provider.
• Knowledge of capital markets technology, including execution management systems, algorithmic trading platforms, trade surveillance platforms, or clearing and settlement systems.
• Ability to work directly with sophisticated clients to resolve solution prioritization and implementation challenges.
• Ability to explain technical architecture and workflows to technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, message queues, streaming data, data adapters, connectors, and ETL pipelines.
