Solutions Consultant Commercial

You will establish customer partnerships through expert product demonstrations and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will design integrated financial solutions, advise prospects, evaluate use cases and return on investment, support technical and accounting implementations, and connect customer requirements with internal technical and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Showcase technical accounting features through customized product demonstrations
• Develop tailored product solutions
• Advocate for integration development
• Support advanced technical and accounting implementations
• Evaluate customer requirements through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical evaluations
• Create and maintain technical assets and an internal knowledge base

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles
• Experience implementing business SaaS solutions and utilizing APIs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, or ERP solutions
• Expertise in accounting systems and finance workflows
• Strong engineering, system design, and technical specification writing skills
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management abilities
