Due to continuing expansion, Payslip is looking for a driven and talented Solutions Consultant to join our growing Sales team. As a Product Solutions Consultant you will be enthusiastic about technology and driven by a passion for problem-solving. With the ability to leverage your expertise and dynamic presentation skills to build a compelling case for the Payslip solution to prospective global customers.
What you’ll be doing
- You will become a key educator on our software product, delivering powerful platform presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of Payslip software solution to prospective clients.
- Support a team of sales professionals through every step of the sales process.
- Guide discovery sessions to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Discover unique pain points, articulating and designing potential solutions with the prospective customer.
- Work at the intersection of multiple teams, effectively communicating prospect needs or enhancement requests to the Product and Technical teams.
- Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of Payslip platform and technology suite.
- Engage with Product management to keep up to date with product developments.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for customers in their journey.
- Attend and participate in industry and partner events e.g conferences, webinars, marketing events where needed.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years' experience working within Software Sales, Sales Consulting or SaaS Startup teams.
- Relevant degree qualification in the field of Business or Technology or applicable experience.
- Experience and passion working within a client facing role.
- Technically minded with an ability to simplify concepts for a less technical audience.
- Articulate storyteller, strong communicator, with polished presentation skills. Comfortable presenting over MS Teams or Zoom.
- Attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- A passion for client service.
- Experience of value-based selling.
- Ability to learn quickly and keep abreast of industry developments.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite).
