Position Overview & Traineeship Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated local fresh graduate to join our Professional Services Team as a Solutions Consultant Trainee. This unique, multi-disciplinary role bridges Information Technology, Corporate Procurement, and Financial Workflows.

As a trainee, you will not be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you will shadow senior consultants on live client projects, learning how to digitise global supply chains and implement leading cloud eProcurement SaaS platforms (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or iValua). This role is part of the Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme, structured specifically to transition high-performing trainees into permanent, full-time Solutions Consultants upon completion.

Duties & Responsibilities (Under Senior Mentorship)

• Project Delivery Support: Assist senior consultants in the end-to-end implementation of cloud procurement projects, including system configuration, testing, and documenting user training modules.
• Business Process Mapping: Learn to analyse client supply chain data, map out existing "Source-to-Pay" (S2P) and "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) workflows, and assist in identifying areas for automation.
• System Configuration & Support: Learn how to configure upstream and downstream procurement systems (supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract lifecycles, and payables) to resolve functional client issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal liaison between our client-facing business teams and product engineering teams to log system bugs, test patches, and track feature updates.
• Pre-Sales Assistance: Gain exposure to the commercial business lifecycle by supporting senior consultants in compiling data and technical specifications for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Professional Certification: Actively utilize company-provided resources and mentorship to independently study for and attain official industry certifications across major SaaS platforms (e.g., Coupa, iValua, Ariba).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education Background: Open to Fresh Graduates holding a Polytechnic Diploma in Business Information Technology, Financial Technology (FinTech), Business Innovation & Analytics, Supply Chain Management with IT, or related hybrid disciplines.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong baseline interest in cloud architecture, database logic, or enterprise software systems. Prior exposure to basic financial accounting or supply chain concepts is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data spreadsheets, process flowcharts, and translating complex workflow problems into logical steps.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating with team members and learning how to present technical ideas to corporate clients.
• Eligibility Criteria: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for the GRIT Programme.
