Solutions Designer
Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱130,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Designer with strong expertise in AWS data engineering and architecture to design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions. The role involves developing data lakehouse and data warehouse architectures, building data pipelines using PySpark, and designing Master Data Management (MDM), advanced analytics, and Data API platforms aligned with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement scalable AWS data architectures using S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda.
Develop and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines using PySpark.
Design enterprise data lakehouse, data warehouse, MDM, and advanced analytics solutions.
Develop and integrate API-based data platforms and services.
Establish data governance, data quality, security, and MDM standards.
Ensure data solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional, cross-country teams.
Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
Support technical documentation, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
Strong experience in AWS data engineering, data architecture, and solution design.
Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda.
Proficiency in PySpark for developing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
Experience designing large-scale data lakehouse and data warehouse architectures.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), advanced analytics, and Data API platforms.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with API-based integration and enterprise data platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Insurance-domain experience is an advantage.
