Solutions Designer

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱130,000 per month

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in solution design, data engineering, or data architecture.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services, particularly S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda.

• Proficiency in PySpark for building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines.

• Proven experience designing data platforms, including Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, MDM, Advanced Analytics, and Data API solutions.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data security, data quality, and MDM frameworks.

• Experience with API-based integration and enterprise data architecture.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-country and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures using AWS services, including S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda.

• Develop and optimize scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using PySpark.

• Design and support large-scale Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), Advanced Analytics, and Data API platforms.

• Ensure data solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

• Establish and implement data governance practices, data quality standards, and MDM frameworks.

• Design API-based integration solutions to enable seamless data exchange across systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams across different countries to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable data architecture designs.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing data platforms, processes, and cloud infrastructure.
