L&KM Solutions Designer & Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Learning Solutions Designer & Program Manager to support the Academy team in designing, delivering, and continuously improving strategic learning programs across multiple global business sectors.

The role combines end-to-end program management with hands-on learning solution design and development across sectors and regions. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate learning initiatives, including: - Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP) - Negotiation Skills Programs - Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Programs - AI Capability Programs - Other strategic capability-building initiatives across the P&D and R&R sectors
In addition, the role will support the design and development of Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) solutions, ensuring that learning offerings align with business priorities and deliver measurable performance impact. - Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic learning programs across the global scope of the relevant sectors. - Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and governance. - Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), regional teams, Academy teams, and external vendors. - Monitor progress and provide clear status reporting to sponsors and leadership. - Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
Learning Solution Design - Conduct learning needs analyses and performance gap assessments. - Translate business requirements into effective learning and performance support solutions. - Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE. - Design learning journeys, curricula, blended learning solutions, performance support materials, and knowledge assets. - Develop engaging learning content using modern authoring tools and digital l...
