Solutions Engineer (AI-based image and video processing platform)

We are building a revolutionary AI-based image and video processing platform and are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help expand our customer base through your technical expertise. We are open to candidates who can contribute significantly to developing our solutions and improving the customer experience.

Role Overview
​The responsibilities of a Solutions Engineer include sharing expertise on the product and its integration—specifically focusing on front-end understanding and a strong overall grasp of web technologies. You will use your analytical and interpersonal skills to guide our clients and maximize the value they gain from using our technology.

​The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines, demonstrating strong analytical abilities.

​Key Responsibilities
Be the Product Expert: Act as the product expert and trusted advisor that clients can turn to for guidance on maximizing value from our technology.
Expand Technical Expertise: Gain experience in front-end and back-end development, web optimization, performance best practices, AI/ML, cloud computing, media compression, and CDN.
Support & Troubleshoot: Support customers’ technical queries, solve integration issues, and demonstrate the possibilities of the technology.
Optimize E-commerce Performance: Help clients identify and troubleshoot storefront performance issues related to product images, videos, frontend rendering, CDN, and media delivery.
Onboard Customers: Manage the technical onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into an implementation plan that will provide value.
Define Requirements: Define new technical requirements for integration and prioritize project timelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure all customer requests and issues are handled promptly, working in collaboration with relevant teams including Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.
Quality Assurance: Utilize QA practices to ensure high-quality integrations

Requirements
Language Proficiency: Strictly C1-C2 English level required.
Candidates at an Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2) level will not be considered. Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills are a must.

Working Hours: High flexibility and ability to operate within the US time zone.

​Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Front-End professional within a global, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Full-Stack technologies (e.g., Node.js, React, Angular).
Hands-on experience with web and cloud technologies.
Experience with basic debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools).
E-commerce & Web Performance: Hands-on experience with e-commerce websites or storefronts and practical knowledge of Web Performance Optimization (WPO), including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, and performance troubleshooting. Candidates should be able to interpret performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and explain how optimization efforts affect real-world user experience.
Image Optimization & Media Delivery: Practical experience with image optimization, responsive images, image formats and compression, CDN, and caching strategies in production.
Performance Monitoring: Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM), Core Web Vitals monitoring, and tools for tracking website performance in production.
Problem Solving: Ability to effectively assess and quickly resolve technical issues while working with both technical and non-technical teams. High-level technical, project, and problem-solving skills.
Mindset: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. Highly motivated, a fast learner, and open-minded.

Nice to Have​
BS, BA, BEng degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
​Relevant certifications, courses, or experience in adjacent technologies.
