Solutions Engineer (Cloud & AI)
We are looking for a Solution Engineer (Cloud & AI) to help design and implement AI solutions on AWS. You will work with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, build AI applications, and deploy them in a secure and reliable cloud environment.
The ideal candidate has practical experience in AI development and a good foundation in cloud infrastructure.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
Develop generative AI applications such as chatbots, document search, content processing, and workflow automation.
Build solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or similar AI platforms.
Work with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Develop and integrate APIs, data pipelines, databases, and backend services.
Deploy and support applications using AWS compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring services.
Test and improve solutions for accuracy, performance, reliability, and cost.
Work with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, engineers, and customer teams during project delivery.
Prepare basic technical documentation and conduct solution demonstrations
REQUIRED SKILLS
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2-4+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software development, data engineering, or cloud engineering.
Hands-on programming experience with Python.
Practical experience building AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications.
Basic understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and data processing.
Working knowledge of cloud fundamentals, including compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring.
Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new AI and cloud technologies.
