Solutions Engineer at UK housebuilder CALA, supporting Salesforce and other customer-facing applications for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Day to day: gathering requirements, building out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions, testing, deploying changes and documenting. Office-based with at least two days per week at the Edinburgh head office.
Role Purpose: As a member of our small team of Solutions Engineers, you will support Salesforce and other Customer applications used by our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
