Program Overview
Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting in February/March 2027, is designed to help you build real capability, confidence, and career momentum from day one.
You’ll work on a variety of client projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and build your capability through hands-on learning, development opportunities, and mentoring. It’s a program built to broaden your experience and help you thrive in your first full-time role.
About the role:
In this role, you will help design technology solutions that solve real customer challenges while building broad capability across software, cloud, APIs, automation, AI, and infrastructure. You’ll support customer discovery, research solution options, create architecture diagrams, and develop small demos, prototypes, and integrations. Working alongside experienced Solution Architects and specialists, you’ll also learn how solutions are implemented, operated, costed, and presented to customers. As your capability grows, you’ll take ownership of work packages and smaller opportunities, building towards a career as an Associate Solution Architect.
