The Role
The Solutions Engineer will lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, uncovering business challenges and translating them into compelling, tailored product demonstrations and solution strategies. You will own the full proof-of-concept process, guiding prospective clients through technical validation. Alongside this, you will manage RFP and RFI responses, handle integration and security discussions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout each sales engagement.

What experience does the Solutions Engineer need?

Strong experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales engineering capacity, preferably within a SaaS environment

A track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Solid grasp of API architecture, integration patterns, and troubleshooting

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with comfort presenting to both executive and practitioner audiences

Ability to apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate pre-sales workflows
