Solutions Engineer (Putrajaya Protege)
Summary
A graduate-track Solutions Engineer in Putrajaya who troubleshoots and resolves client-reported issues, runs daily system health checks and monitoring, maintains a troubleshooting knowledge base, and helps deliver and test solutions built on Microsoft technologies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issue
- Attend in-person client meetings to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
- Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements
- Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings
- Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
- Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements
- Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.
Educations and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology & software engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills
- Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
