- Help AEs build pilot setups, data imports, field mappings, additional use cases, workflows, reports, etc. to progress the deal.
- Monitor pilot usage/engagement, and flag friction to AEs proactively.
Demo/Pilot Environment:
- Keep the demo environments clean and up-to-date regularly.
- Build relevant use cases in the demo account for target ICPs.
- Document common pilot setup patterns to make future builds faster and repeatable.
Cross-Functional Partnerships:
- Work with Partnerships and Marketing to maintain technical documentation for third-party integrations, comparison charts, and customer help docs.
- Keep the sales team current with the latest decks, latest product updates, and roadmap changes coordinated with product marketing.
Post-Sale Handover:
- Ensure clean, structured technical handover to Migration and CS after deal closure.
Expected Results within 60 Days:
- Develop a strong understanding of Recruiterflow's product, customers, competitive landscape, and technical architecture.
- Independently support account executives on technical evaluations, RFPs, and customer pilots.
- Build and maintain customized demo and pilot environments tailored to target customer use cases.
- Document repeatable pilot setup patterns, workflows, and best practices.
- Establish effective collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Deliver clean, structured technical handovers for closed deals to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude with a genuine inclination toward sales and client-facing work.
- Ability to translate a prospect's workflow into a product configuration.
- Comfortable owning both structured work (RFPs, docs) and creative work (use case design, solutioning).
- Growth trajectory: technical executor, trusted advisor who can commit to custom builds with engineering backing.
- 2-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, customer engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting SaaS products throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data mapping, workflows, and system configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and assess solution feasibility with engineering teams.
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, technical questionnaires, or security evaluations is preferred.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
What Matters to Us:
- Strong technical aptitude with a customer-first, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate customer workflows into scalable product configurations.
- Experience supporting technical sales cycles through demos, pilots, RFPs, or solution engineering.
- Comfortable balancing structured execution (RFPs, documentation, evaluations) with creative problem-solving (solution design, workflow configuration).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
