Solutions Engineer - Technical Customer Onboarding

Role
- Partner directly with our most strategic customers to design, scale, and optimize systems built on our blockchain infrastructure.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, systems architect, and product partner—not a traditional support role.
- Guide partners to build real-world reliable and compliant financial products.
- Influence product strategy by translating customer needs into actionable insights, features, reporting and tooling, while operating within the guardrails of a regulated financial environment.
Responsibilities
Architect Advise
- Design and guide customer implementations across our infrastructure
- Support use cases spanning API integrations, smart contract interfaces and integrations with existing traditional finance systems.
Drive Adoption Customer Success
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints
- Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and long-term success while adhering to KYC, AML, and other compliance standards
Prototype Integrate
- Write high-quality code and technical prototypes to accelerate customer adoption
- Build solutions that balance innovation with security, reliability, and regulatory requirements
Influence Product Direction
- Serve as the voice of the customer—particularly for regulated and enterprise use cases
- Translate customer feedback into product insights and actionable specifications that align with compliance, risk, and operational realities
Build Strategic Relationships
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts
- Navigate technical challenges, future planning, and success metrics in close partnership with customer stakeholders
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business Development teams
- Ensure customer solutions meet both technical and regulatory expectations, closing feedback loops quickly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, Developer Relations, or similar)
- Strong foundation in large scale distributed systems, APIs, or client-facing SDKs
- Experience working directly with customers in B2B SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure environments
- Proficiency in writing and reviewing code in Python or Java
- Familiarity with blockchain and smart contracts
- Experience working at startups
- Strong understanding of—and willingness to work within—regulated industry guardrails, including KYC, AML, and related compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and regulatory concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
