Solutions Engineer
Salary: $5,000 – $7,500 per month
About the role
Own solution design and pre-sales technical support for our AI infrastructure product line — GPU compute, MaaS, and inference services. Translate customer requirements into technical proposals, POC plans, and architecture documents. Partner with the business development team on customer technical engagements, demos, and Q&A.
Key responsibilities
Own solution design and pre-sales technical support for AI infrastructure product line — GPU compute, MaaS, and inference services
Translate customer requirements into technical proposals, POC plans, and architecture documents
Partner with the business development team on customer technical engagements, demos, and Q&A
Track industry technical trends — GPU clusters, RoCE networking, inference optimisation — and produce competitive analysis
Coordinate with R&D to drive POC validation and project delivery
Contribute to technical white papers and solution handbooks
About you
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or a related discipline
2–5 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical support; AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud background is an advantage
Solid grounding in GPU cluster architecture, RDMA networking (RoCE / InfiniBand), and containerisation (Kubernetes / Docker)
Familiarity with large-model inference frameworks (vLLM / TensorRT-LLM / Triton) is an advantage
Business-level written and spoken Mandarin and English; able to present technical content to customers independently
Strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills
