Solutions Engineer

You will provide pre-sales technical support for robotics projects, gather and analyze customer requirements, conduct site surveys, and develop costed solution designs. You will support sales, prepare technical bid documents, guide solution sales through delivery, improve solutions using market and competitor analysis, and deliver product training and technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for robotics projects
• Gather and analyze customer requirements
• Conduct site surveys and develop solution designs
• Calculate costs and support project implementation
• Support sales colleagues and advance projects
• Prepare technical specifications and bid documents
• Guide customer requirements and deliver solution sales end to end
• Provide product requirements and analysis to product development
• Analyze and optimize internal and competitor solutions
• Develop industry solutions using product capabilities and ecosystem partners
• Build technical materials and deliver product presentations and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, logistics engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD, Office, and Visio
• Cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Strong presentation, logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to travel or work temporarily at customer sites
• English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred
• Fluent spoken English is preferred
