Solutions Lead
You will build the embedded partnership function from the ground up for institutional partners integrating trading infrastructure. You will design API integration plans, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate product enhancement requests with engineering, develop partner relationships, track performance, identify growth opportunities, and eventually hire and manage a solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute API integration plans with ISVs, IBs, FCMs, and market makers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for institutional trading clients
- Build relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations
- Coordinate product enhancement requests between partners and engineering teams
- Develop a scalable onboarding playbook for embedded partners
- Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
- Hire and manage a solutions team as the pipeline expands
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical partnerships
- Experience building a function from zero to one at a high-growth company
- Technical background with financial APIs and trading infrastructure
- Proven track record managing B2B relationships that drive measurable growth
- Experience with API integrations, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Experience building and scaling teams
- Background in crypto or prediction markets
- Existing relationships with FCMs or market makers
- Previous solutions engineering or technical partnerships experience
