Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Somali / Oromo / Amharic to English interpreter at Future Group Translation Services. The interpreter will be responsible for accurately translating spoken language in real-time, facilitating communication between English and Somali / Oromo / Amharic speakers, and ensuring cultural nuances are properly conveyed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Somali / Oromo / Amharic and English.
- Ability to interpret accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Understanding of cultural nuances in both languages.
- Experience in interpreting for business, legal, or healthcare settings.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
