What This Role Feels Like

• You see the same seniors in Medway and nearby towns week after week.

• Families know your name and breathe easier when they see you on the schedule.

• Your days have shape: planned visits, familiar faces, fewer surprises.

What You'll Do

• Be a consistent, calming presence in clients' homes.

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily personal care.

• Prepare simple meals, tidy spaces, and keep things comfortable.

• Run occasional errands, offer medication reminders, and notice early when something feels "off."

• Support safe mobility and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

How We Support Your Commitment

• Stable hours with full-time and part-time options.

• Pay starting at $22.00 - $23.00/hour, with room to grow based on experience and responsibility.

• Local clients in Medway and surrounding communities.
