Sourcing Analyst - Senior

PM/SP will serve as main interface between O&T M&A, the Business, the Divested Entity and/or the Buyer, Legal, and the Vendors for each assigned Divestiture
• PM/SP primarily responsible for all below tasks (coordinating with and supplementing Core Sourcing teams as required)
• Work with BAW and P2P teams to run the vendor spend report for the bidders during due diligence
• Collect in-scope contracts for the data room
• Develop vendor list and maintain Contract Tracker required for Audit
• Revise the communication (letter) templates for divestiture notification/consent process
• Manage vendor notification/consent process, including negotiation of consent fees (if required)
• Directly engage Sourcing staff on vendor related matters
• Coordinate with Legal (in house and outside counsel) for contract review on vendors managed by Sourcing
• Coordinate with Business teams and Legal to validate Client vendor contract dispositions
• Lead meetings with Business and Buyer and/or Divested Entity to define the contracts that will be leveraged during the TSA period
• Monitor and manage contracts critical to ongoing TSA obligations (expirations, renewals, consent extension process)
• Prefer candidates with 7-10 years of experience
