Sourcing Executive (Precision Machining & Sheet Metal) | Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Source and assess suppliers and vendors, and request and compare quotations
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records
• Support procurement, budgeting and inventory planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales teams to meet project requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal parts
• Strong knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and product cost analysis
• Familiar with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection and vendor management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
