What You'll Do

We’re growing our team to meet ambitious goals, and we know that great people are the key to our success. As a Sourcing Generalist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we identify and evaluate talent. Your key responsibilities as a Sourcing Generalist will include:

  • Talent Identification & Evaluation - Develop expertise in our pipeline goals and target talent markets. Assess candidate potential by using research to gather credible context, thinking critically, and applying nuanced judgment to make sound sourcing decisions. This work goes beyond resume review.

Coordinate interviews that connect candidates with our leaders and maintain forward momentum, building excitement about pursuing a career here.
