• Manage the Sourcing team (Junior / Senior), assign tasks and track KPIs

• Deal with major issues: cost runaways, mass production failures, brand audit issues

處理重大問題：成本失控、量產失敗、品牌 audit issue

• Assess regional supply chain risks and develop solutions
